Now we have started to gain grip strength and shoulder stability, we understand how our body works with the pole, we move up the pole, at the same gradual pace as in Level 1. As we move up the pole, it is almost a surprise to think back and realise how much your strength as increased. Now we have a new learning curve about how we grip and move in the air with a whole new array of tricks to help us gain strength and confidence on the pole. Pre Requisite- Level 1 Pole Fitness, or prior experience with Spins and Pole Fitness to ensure shoulder stability. Please contact us to book a spot.
If there is an injury or due to extreme unforeseen circumstances a course can be transferred and you can “roll on” in a subsequent course from wherever you left of, if the course you are joining is within 3 months of your initial course. If you wish to start the course again, you must pay the difference to cover the sessions that you are repeating. Courses can only be transferred once. Course transfers do not apply to the “second course half price” deal. Refunds are not available for cancelled courses.
