At Rapture Arts we make a real effort to ensure that moves are achievable, we progress in a gradual manner, each week adding more moves, and going over previous ones, all done in one move at a time as you gain strength. We use varying techniques to gain fundamental skills and strength as you go, and change the moves as you progress to utilize different muscles.
